4.2. Leagues: Users can join public leagues or create private leagues to compete with friends or other users.

4.3. Auctions: Our platform facilitates real-time player auctions, allowing users to bid for players within a virtual budget.

5.1. Fair Play: Users must adhere to principles of fair play. Any form of cheating, including collusion, use of unauthorized software, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

5.2. Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.

5.3. Communication: Users must not post offensive, abusive, or defamatory content on the platform, including in chat rooms, forums, or user profiles.

6.1. Entry Fees: Some contests may require an entry fee. By participating, you agree to pay the specified fee for the contest.

6.2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By making payments, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions.

6.3. Withdrawals: Winnings can be withdrawn to your verified bank account. Withdrawal requests are subject to our verification processes and may take up to 15–30 business days to process.

7.1. Contest Cancellation: AuctoGames reserves the right to cancel contests due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, entry fees will be refunded to users’ accounts.

7.2. User-Initiated Cancellations: Entry fees are non-refundable once a contest has started. For cancellations before the start, please refer to the specific contest rules.

8.1. Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that violate Razorpa’s acceptable use policies, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activities.

8.2. Information Sharing: By using our payment services, you consent to the sharing of your information with Razorpay as necessary for payment processing and compliance with legal obligations.

9.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to AuctoGames or its affiliates. Nothing contained on the platform should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of AuctoGames.

9.2. User Content: By submitting content to AuctoGames, including but not limited to feedback, suggestions, or contest entries, you grant AuctoGames a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
