RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
a) In the event of an error in the Services provided by AuctoGames, we may initiate a refund of the Entry Fee, provided the reasons are genuine and verified upon investigation by our support team.
b) Users are advised to read the rules of each Game or Contest carefully before participating.
c) Registrations are typically final and non-cancellable. However, in exceptional circumstances—such as faults arising from the payment gateway or technical errors on our end—we may cancel your participation upon request and refund the Entry Fee within a reasonable time frame.
d) If we cancel your participation in any Game or Contest due to such circumstances, we will return your Entry Fee within a reasonable period. This refunded amount can be used to participate in other Contests on AuctoGames.
e) We strive to offer the best user experience. Refunds for payments made via credit card will be processed back to the original card used during the transaction. For payments through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited to the same source account.
f) Users must utilize any balance in their AuctoGames account within 365 days. AuctoGames reserves the right to forfeit any unused balance after 365 days of inactivity. Withdrawal of idle funds may be permitted only in exceptional cases, based solely on AuctoGames’ discretion and internal assessment.
